The Pit is an audio recording studio located in Van Nuys, CA OWNED AND OPERATED by producer/engineer Taylor Young. The studio is world-renowned as one of the premier locations to record and mix natural-sounding recordings for aggressive music. Young has produced records for notable punk/metal/hardcore record labels such as Closed Casket Activities, Triple B Records, Revelation Records, Profound lore RECORDS, MAGGOT STOMP and Run For Cover Records. On top of that, the studio is responsible for the output of the engineer’s own bands Twitching Tongues, God’s Hate, ZOUS and others.
